The manufacturing facility implements WHO-GMP practices & Uni-directional process flow to maximize efficiency & quality of product.
With our cutting-edge German designed technology, we use the best in class German components like Andritz Küsters Calender and Reifenhauser Reicofil (Enka Tecnica) Die & Spinnerets. We manufacture a wide range of Spunbond (SSS), Spun-Melt (SSMMS) and Specialty Fabrics in our roll goods form and in weight per unit area range of 9-100 GSM. With our motto of “Fabric for CARE” we make Extra Soft, Cotton like, smooth,gentle to skin material for Hygiene Care, Health Care, Agri Care, Home Care, Lifestyle Care, Aqua Care, Auto Care and Geo Care.For these ‘Fabrics for Care’ we offer many surface treatments (Hydrophilicity, Anti-Static, UV, Alcohol Repellent, Anti Microbial, Anti Bacterial etc.) with different colors and slit width of 50-3200 m.m.
